A warm, judgment-free space to work through struggles such as anxiety, OCD, and navigating identity, purpose, and life's direction — at your own pace.
If any of this sounds like you — or someone you love — you're in the right place.
I partner with teenagers, adults, and individuals struggling with anxiety and OCD who find themselves feeling stuck in "all-or-nothing" thinking or carrying complex, unspoken questions about identity and direction. Through my experience, learning, and knowledge, I help clients navigate and understand their triggers while equipping them with the practical tools and skills needed to face rough times. Together, we work to transform these difficult human struggles into meaningful opportunities for personal growth, lasting resilience, and a clear way forward.
Teens and adults caught in cycles of worry, intrusive thoughts, or compulsions — learning to understand their triggers and loosen anxiety's grip.
Those carrying unspoken questions about who they are and where they're headed, working toward clarity, purpose, and a sense of direction.
Individuals navigating life within the Frum community — supported with care that understands its distinct cultural values and needs.
My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth. In our sessions, you'll find a warm, supportive environment where your personal goals are the primary focus and gentle accountability keeps you aligned with your growth. Our work is a true partnership built on active, back-and-forth communication rather than a one-sided dialogue. Because I deeply prioritize your autonomy, we'll constantly adapt our therapeutic techniques to fit your evolving needs — always at a pace that works for you.
I provide a client-centered experience by integrating evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to meet your unique needs. Rooted in compassion and empathy, my approach balances a straightforward communication style with a secure, supportive environment. My goal is to act as a dedicated guide — empowering you to achieve your self-defined objectives and build the confidence to thrive outside the therapy room.
Additional training includes:
CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and IFS (Internal Family Systems) form the backbone of my practice, complemented by trauma-focused, somatic, and play-based methods when they're the right fit.
I'm Eli Weinreb, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I chose to enter this field to help people navigate and move beyond "all or nothing" thinking, guiding them through life's complexities and learning to see the gray areas when feeling stuck. My goal is to normalize human struggles, reframing them not as failures but as essential opportunities to maximize personal growth. By equipping clients with the right tools, I aim to empower them to transform their difficult challenges into lasting resilience and a clear way forward.
Over the past eight years, I have provided clinical care across multiple mental health clinics and worked for three years as a school social worker within the Frum community. My background also includes delivering specialized family interventions at "CARE for Special Children" and spending two years volunteering at "Our Place" teen drop-in center. Together, these diverse roles have given me a deep, nuanced understanding of our community's distinct cultural values and psychosocial needs.
My office is designed to feel less like a clinic and more like somewhere you can exhale.
